Customer Service Executive


Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
  2. Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy.
  3. Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level.
  4. Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
  5. Understand individual customer’s processes.
  6. Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
  7. Communicate with superior to improve department processes.
  8. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  1. No prior experience in logisitics/shipping line is acceptable more importantly, is good work aptitude.
  2. High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
