Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for understanding and having a working knowledge of all areas in accounting and being able to assist or cover a position if needed.
2. Ensure compliance of the accounting policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness to support critical business needs and recommend procedure as and when needed.
3. Assist Head of Finance on the compilation of the yearly budget.
4. Support various divisions month end and yearend financial reporting submission.
5. Provide guidance and support to the various Finance team to ensure the financial operation is delivered according to guidelines and timeliness.
6. Support monthly reporting analysis and offer insights and/or recommendations on how to improve financial performance.
7. Support the financial projections, forecast and reporting to stakeholders.
8. Assist in developing work plan and schedule to meet company financial goals.
9. Responsible for performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor and assisting in all areas of Finance as needed.
10. Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities of the Group.
